What we will learn during this course is based on Kiko / Qi Gong to Nourish the interior 内养功气功 while gradually introducing the Eight Extraordinary Vessels Static Kiko / Qi Gong 奇 经 八 脉 气功
All our courses are Hybrid In-Person and Virtual. The online lessons and videos support the In-Person courses and can be accessed at any time by the students.
